The ideal candidate will enhance the brand's visibility, boost sales figures, oversee a marketing team, handle budgetary matters, and work closely with different departments within the company on a regional basis.

Job Description

* Regional Strategy & Execution
1. Develop and implement APAC-wide marketing strategies, accounting for cultural regulatory, and market-specific nuances and manage APAC marketing calendar by brand
2. Partner with global teams to adapt global campaigns for regional relevance while maintaining brand consistency by sharing the regional insight and local-relevancy
3. Lead cross-market brand planning,ensuring cohesive positioning and maximizing sell-out & VMS growth.
* Performance & Analytics
1. Monitor market/brand performance, conducting competitive analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
2. Drive assortment rationalization through data-driven decision-making
3. Optimize budget allocation for maximum ROl, driving efficiency and business result Cross-functional Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams (local/regional/global) to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Translate business objectives into actionable plans, fostering a high-performance culture.
5. Facilitate knowledge-sharing across markets to scale successes.

The Successful Applicant

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience:8+ years in marketing, with 5+ years in APAC regional roles (or GreaterChina).Beauty/fragrance industry experience preferred.
* Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in an APAC language (e.g., Mandarin,Japanese,Korean)is a plus.

* Strong analytical and multi-task management skills.* Hands-on, results-driven approach with ability to thrive under pressure.Deep understanding of APAC market trends and consumer behavior

* Excellent interpersonal,negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills.

* Business acumen with a sense of urgency and strategic agility.
