Job Description

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the APAC region, aligned with the company's global brand vision and business goals. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. Translate insights into actionable marketing plans, setting clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and timelines.​



  • Brand Management: Oversee the brand's positioning, identity, and reputation in the APAC market. Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns to enhance brand visibility and recognition, leveraging local cultural insights and consumer preferences.​



  • Digital Marketing and E-commerce: Manage the digital marketing strategy for APAC.​



  • Marketing Campaigns and Events: Conceptualize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty. Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including budgeting, creative development, media planning, and performance measurement. Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase the brand's products and engage with customers, partners, and industry influencers.​



  • Team Leadership and Management: Build, and mentor a high-performing marketing team in APAC, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Set clear goals and expectations for team members, provide regular feedback and coaching, and conduct performance evaluations. Foster cross-functional collaboration and communication within the APAC region and with global teams, ensuring alignment and synergy of marketing efforts.​



  • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the APAC region, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve marketing objectives. Monitor and analyze marketing expenses, track return on investment (ROI) of marketing activities, and make data-driven decisions to optimize budget allocation.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.​



  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience. Experience in the consumer durable or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.​



  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the APAC market, driving brand growth, and achieving business objectives.​​



  • Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills. Ability to build and lead high-performing teams, collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.​



  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a track record of developing creative marketing campaigns and initiatives.​



  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving business objectives and delivering measurable results. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.​



  • Fluent in English
