As APAC Finance Director, you will lead the regional finance function across four countries, driving strategic financial planning, team development, and business partnering. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strong cross-cultural communication, regional oversight, and collaboration with global stakeholders.
  • This role will directly report to global and partner with APAC president
  • Global well-known tier 1 autoparts listed in US.

About Our Client

A global well-known Tier 1 supplier of auto parts, headquartered in the United States and publicly listed in US. The APAC region is a critical growth area, with operations in China, India, Thailand, and Australia.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the APAC finance organization (~15 team members across China, India, Thailand, and Australia).
  • Oversee financial operations for a business generating ~$100M in annual revenue.
  • Partner closely with the APAC President and global leadership to support strategic initiatives.
  • Drive financial structuring and team development, particularly in India.
  • Ensure compliance, reporting accuracy, and alignment with global finance standards.
  • Act as a key business partner to commercial and operational teams.

The Successful Applicant

A successful APAC Finance Head should have:

  • Proven experience managing regional finance operations across APAC, ideally including India.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across cultures and communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on operational finance experience.
  • Excellent business partnering skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
