The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification is a strong plus. Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, including Big Four background and inhouse Accounting Manager role within a sizable multinational organization. Solid technical expertise in accounting and compliance, with hands-on ERP experience. Proven leadership capability to manage teams and deliver results in a complex, multi-location environment. Fluent English for global communication and stakeholder engagement. Strategic thinker with sharp decision-making skills, resilience under pressure, and ability to command authority while fostering collaboration.
