Job Description Reporting to the Finance manager, you will be responsible for: Accounts Payable and Inter-company Monitor compliance of local teams with corporate policies in procurement, travel and expenses, etc. in the process of purchase and expense transaction handling Enter accounts payable entries and generate proposed AP list for payment Reconcile IC purchases and charges with inter-company counterparts Follow up outstanding invoice timely Conduct payment transactions to employees, vendors and inter-company affiliates per approval payment Prepare monthly bank and cash reconciliations AR & Monthly Closing Maintain AR and providing AR aging reports. Supporting monthly closing This is a six-month opportunity that may be extendable depending on business needs. The Successful Applicant At least 2 years MNC Accounting related job experience. Bachelor's degree, major not limited. Proactive, autonomous approach to work Strong communication skills to support internal and external team.
