* Oversee daily operations of the fund, ensuring smooth execution of all operational processes and controls.
* Manage trade lifecycle events across a variety of asset classes
* Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.
* Implement operational practices and drive process improvements.
* Utilize PMS/OEMS, reporting tools, and ideally some coding skills for workflow automation and troubleshooting.
* Liaise with external service providers, counterparties, and auditors as needed.
* Monitor and manage operational risk across fund activities.
* Work with the investor relations team on data request and ODD request.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant operations experience in financial services, preferably hedge funds.
* Legal background is preferred and a huge plus.
* Fluent in Mandarin and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and regulatory landscape.
* Proven leadership, team management and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Enfusion and Excel; experience with coding (e.g. Python) is highly desirable.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications a plus.
