首席法务官/全球总法 Global General Counsel

岗位要求：
1、 具有良好的职业道德操守，有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力；
2、 国内外知名法学院校硕士或以上学历；
3、 熟悉大陆法系和英美法系两大法系；
4、 具备熟练的中英文听说读写能力，能以英文作为日常工作语言，具备用英文起草合同、答辩状和进行谈判的能力；
5、 具有国内外知名律所执业经历；
6、 具有大型跨国上市公司首席法务官/总法律顾问/法务总监岗位经历；
7、 具有代表大型跨国上市公司进行涉外重大投融资、并购及处理重大海外诉讼的经历。Job requirements:
1. Good professional ethics, strong communication and teamwork skills;
2. Master's degree or above from a well-known law school both domestically and internationally;
3. Familiar with both the continental legal system and the American legal system;
4. Language profienciy in both Chinese and English, able to use English as a daily working language. Capable of drafting contracts, defense statements, and conducting negotiations in English;
5. Having experience practicing at well-known law firms both domestically and internationally;
6. Having experience as Chief Legal Officer/General Counsel/Legal Director in large multinational listed companies;
7. Having experience representing large multinational listed companies in major foreign investment and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and handling major overseas litigation.
