Job Description

1、根据公司分配开发店家,每个月完成销售业绩目标;
2、成熟的老店做好客情维护及深度挖掘业绩的工作,新合作的店家做好项目启动培训工作;
3、 每月进行精准的店家目标业绩及需求分析;
4、给需求客户进行项目、咨询师、医生、效果与安全等铺垫,塑造项目价值。
5、售后回访与跟进。

The Successful Applicant

1、3年以上销售实践工作经验(条件优秀者不限定工作经验、行业经验),有美容、化妆品行业销售相关工作经验者优先录取;
2、形象好、气质佳,反应敏捷、表达能力强,具有较强的沟通能力及交际技巧,具有亲和力;
3、富有激情,团队意识强,能吃苦耐劳,能承受较大的工作压力;
4、具备一定的市场分析及判断能力,良好的客户服务意识;
