Our client is a well-known power module supplier, which provides the cutting edge SiC modules and IGBT modules to manufacturing industry and automotive industry.

职责描述

  • Develop both local and MNC clients in accordance with the cooperate strategy
  • Drives Sales and design-wins of our company's existing IGBT and SiC power module products
  • Cooperate with partners to provide total solutions to end clients
  • Interacts, coordinates and aligns strategies and actions with PM and R&D
  • Develops sales strategies and implement them with tactical approaches,define and own the business plan
  • Leads and motivate team and ensure the adequacy of the team in terms of manpower and skills requirements for efficient business success
  • Builds strong partnership with the customers in order to increase our company's revenue and profit

理想的求职者

  • 10+ years' experience on commercial positions in semiconductor industry
  • Familiar with general industry customers (none automotive, none consumer)
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, credible and demonstrate an open and warm attitude with a customer-oriented and solution-driven approach to customers (internal and external)
  • Energetic,resilient,enthusiastic with positive and constructive attitude in front of highly complex and difficult situations to solve
  • Open-Minded, likes to win as a team
