1.Is able to support the execution of strategic plans and forecasts to provide growth for the company;
2.Oversee daily operations all teams involved in regulated activity including Customer Service and Marketing;
3.Is an established person who is able to manage and develop individuals and teams across multiple locations;
4.Has a proven track record of staff development and succession planning;

理想的求职者

1.Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent combination of formal education and relevant experience;
2.Minimum 5 years senior management experience;
3.High proficient in MS Office with particular focus on Excel;
4.Leadership skills which include resourcefulness, flexibility, creativity and integrity that will complement existing SMT;
5.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a solutions-driven approach to problem solving;
