o Renewal Retention: Proactively managing and renewing a portfolio of existing group client accounts of various sizes and premium values.
o Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to a team of account managers. Foster a positive and high-performance culture that drives accountability and continuous improvement.
o Client Relationship Management: Oversee client accounts, develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and act as a primary point of contact for escalated client issues from junior team.
o Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategies for client retention, growth, and satisfaction. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products.
o Performance Monitoring: Track team and individual performance metrics and regularly review performance against targets. Provide coaching and support to team members to optimize performance.
o Reporting: Prepare and present reports on team performance, client feedback, and account status to senior management.
o Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge, customer service skills, and industry updates. Identify and address skill gaps within the team.
o Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve account management processes to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
