Job Description Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage schedules, arrange appointments, and organize meetings. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports if necessary. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and security. Office Management: Order and manage office supplies and inventory. Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist with travel arrangements and itineraries. Data Management: Input, update, and manage data in company systems and databases. Generate reports and presentations as needed. Maintain and update contact lists and records. Team Support: Assist to organizing events, including coordinating training schedules, customer events etc Support various departments with ad hoc projects and tasks. Promote a positive and organized work environment. The Successful Applicant Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 2+ years of administrative or office management experience. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. (fluent in English) Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners). Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Personal Attributes: Proactive and resourceful problem solver.
