  • 投资策略与机会挖掘​​， 聚焦可再生能源（风电/光伏）、储能、等基础设施领域，挖掘开发期或运营期项目的投资机会。
  • 分析政策导向（如碳中和、新基建）、市场供需及技术变革对资产长期价值的影响。
  • ​​项目开发与并购执行​​：构建财务模型（DCF/IRR分析），评估资产风险收益比，撰写投资建议书
  • 投后管理与价值提升​

The Successful Applicant

  • 有多年基础设施投资、项目开发或并购经验；
  • 投投行并购或基金并购的经验；
  • 精通财务建模与投资分析；
  • 有带团队的经验
