Job Description Facilitate out-licensing transactions for strategic partners' innovative drug assets, including market research, valuation, and commercial assessment; build and apply financial models to evaluate different deal structures; and support the negotiation and execution of term sheets and transaction agreements. Drive strategic partnerships and innovation initiatives at the corporate level by working closely with business and operating units to originate, evaluate, validate, and secure internal approvals, while building trusted relationships with external partners to ensure efficient transaction execution.
