Job Description

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure targets are achieved
  • Maintain key client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
  • Identify and drive initiatives to improve sales performance
  • Promote the company's services at industry events and trade shows



岗位职责:

  • 根据公司战略规划和年度经营计划,针对公司电商物流产品(欧美加FBA空海派、卡航、铁派等),组织调研并制定、实施年度销售计划;
  • 搭建符合公司文化及未来发展的销售团队,组织实施培训,建立销售体系;
  • 负责部门的管理,合理分解团队绩效目标,对本部门客户资源进行管理,并制定有竞争力的考核办法;
  • 负责基干与核心骨干的培养,搭建健康的人才梯队;
  • 根据公司物流产品及运营优势特点,与业务支持部门协同推进重点客户的商务洽谈、挖掘客户需求,制定满足客户痛点需求的物流解决方案和有竞争力的成本报价 。
  • 定期进行市场分析并及时把握行业动态,探索更多新的商业合作模式,对业务方向、产品方向提出决策建议。

The Successful Applicant

A successful FBA Sales Director should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Proven sales management experience in the transport and distribution industry
  • Strong understanding of FBA sales processes
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin



任职要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,专业不限;
  • 五年以上国际物流、货代公司销售工作经验,有20人以上团队管理经验优先;
  • 有国际物流工作经验和大客户渠道资源,市场营销、物流管理专业优先;
  • 具备较强的市场分析、营销、推广能力和良好的人际沟通、协调能力,分析和解决问题的能力;
  • 对待工作热情、积极主动、认真负责、做事有条理、充满激情、能够在较高压力下保持积极的工作态度及优秀的自我驱动和执行力。
