1. Provide HR Business Partner service to business. Set the HR strategic objectives to support business development.
2. Lead Talent Acquisition, Young Talent Development and Trainee Program to ensure the business has sustainable talent pipeline.
3. Able to influence and impact key talent decision to ensure the right structure and resource layout for business growth.
4. Lead the local HR process improvement and continuously seek internal customer's feedback to upgrade the service level.
5. Maintain flawless employee data base and employment process for audit and legal compliance.
6. Facilitate labour relationship and disputes cases.
1. Fluent in English, especially writing capability.
2. Good presentation skill and professional appearance.
3. Familiar with HR core procedure and process
4. Good understanding of China Labor Law, local law, and labor regulations
5. Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills, influence people of all levels
