The client is a Fortune 500 from China and currently having its global expansion through out alliance with other global partners in the ICT Sector
Responsible for strategic directions on development and management of relationships with Oracle, and the development of mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities, including, but not limited to, organization structure, business culture, collaboration criteria and process, technology portfolio, and strategic plans.
Work with executive management and across business groups in defining the partnership and alliance strategies for the client with regards to Oracle.
Identify new business opportunities and develop new business models for the client's partner alliance. Working with internal and external stakeholders to define joint solutions, develop business cases, business plan and drive pilot projects.
Provide guidance on the development of the corporate alliance architecture in the IT industry. The components of the architecture shall include alliance strategy planning, ecosystem management, alliance development and management process, alliance organization structure and competence, and technology and tools.
MBA degree or equivalent work experience.
10 + years prior experience in Alliances / Business Development.
Prefer candidates with experience in developing alliance strategies and ecosystem (from the ground up) at Oracle HQ.
Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and business skills.
Working technical knowledge of ICT and ability to grasp and explain technologies quickly.
Strong intellectual horsepower, effective interpersonal skills, positive attitude, strong work ethics, high level of cultural adaptability and flexibility.
Several global travels for internal and external business in each year
