About Our Client
Our client is a leading fortune 500 business as the leaders in multi able business, they have great development both in China and Global regions.

Job Description

• To provide finance leaders of different businesses in Greater China region with treasury-related advisory services such as cash management, funding structure, CoF, FX & IR hedging, treasury operations, corporate policy, local regulations, etc… as treasury geographical coverage interface.
• To coordinate with internal functions such as treasury COEs, controllership, business and/or corporate tax, legal, etc…, to ensure timely execution of funding/hedging, etc…
• To assist in interfacing with the local regulatory authorities to ensure good understanding of the regulatory environment and operations in a fully compliant manner;
• To provide treasury related support in BD related deal-based activities. To assist in developing/maintaining mutually-beneficial bank relationships with both local and int'l banks under the global bank guidelines;
• To study/follow up on the emerging onshore and offshore RMB Capital Markets and FX&IR Markets, and propose structures to make use of the local markets for funding and hedging.
• To support businesses to implement Policies and the use of operations tools such as TRS, ALOC, eCSO, to improve operational efficiency at business level.
• To be involved in other treasury projects/assignments that may be required in Greater China or outside of G. China;

The Successful Applicant

• At least 8 years treasury-related experience in industrials businesses and/or financial institutions;
• Good understanding of the local treasury-related regulatory framework/environment.
• Good knowledge of treasury products such as cash management, FX & Interest Rate Hedging, ALCO, bank relationship management, knowledge of derivatives a plus
• Strong communication and inter-personal skill in both Chinese and English University degree in finance or banking, MBA a plus
