About Our Client
My client is one of the most prestigious and famous luxury companies in the world. The company is quite established in the Greater China market and has plans to continue expansion. They are looking for a personable, motivated Training Manager to educate and train their retail sales staff.

Job Description

• Liaise with global marketing and training functions on briefings and training courses
• Plan, organize, and evaluate training courses
• Train sales forces regarding core brand thinking and sales skills
• Ensure training consistency
• Work with PR and retail departments on new idea launches, promotional activities, or targets
• Hold regular review meetings with Retail Managers
• Visit stores and oversee implementation of training message
• Provide on-field coaching and assessment
• Manage the training budget

The Successful Applicant

• Extensive background in business-to-consumer sales
• Solid experience in key account management
• Familiarity with sales training
• Background working with luxury/high-end products would be preferred
• Fluent English and Mandarin
• Excellent project/programme management skills
• Confident in understanding and influencing people
• Impeccable communication skills
