Job Description
- Oversees the daily Trade operations routines in good quality and manage the team independently.
- Participates in business & project initiatives
- Preparation and reporting of the periodic reports
- Coordinate closely with hub processing center Handle import and export L/C, Collection
- Handle guarantee transactions Examine import and export documents
- Handle SAFE & PBOC regulatory reports
- Handle Sundry accounts daily reconciliation
- Handle customer inquiries
The Successful Applicant
- University degree
- Several years of banking experience in trade finance including import and export business.
- Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP and URC 522 are pre-requisite
- Familiar with the import & export financing products
- Familiar with the SAFE & PBOC regulations and reporting system
- Good problem solving skill and devising solutions in a logical and systematic manner
- Strong team player
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active with an ability to manage change,
- Able to working independently
- Good Oral and Written English and Chinese
- Knowledge of RMB business is preferred
