About Our Client
Our client is a famous luxury brand under the biggest luxury group in the world. They are development the new boutique at IFC, Shanghai. The store is spacious and two-storeyed for men's and women's fashion, shoes and accessories.

Job Description
The main missions of this role includes store operations, inventory management, staff management and sales performance improvement. This position is supposed to operate the store through superior customer service, sales management, professional selling and effective staff management. In addition, the role will manage the business on a day-to-day basis to increase sales and improve results through creative and effective usage of all resources, which includes leadership and merchandising assortment.

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 4 years of experience in boutique management of luxury industry
• Strong knowledge of luxury products, knowledge of high-end fashion is preferred
• Excellent presentation skills
• Capability of analyzing, organizing and planning
• Presentable and elegant appearance, diplomatic, detail oriented
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English
• Smooth customer relationship skills
