About Our Client
Our client is a famous top fortune 500 European company with aggressive business growth plan in china, now they are looking for a high caliber Six-Sigma Black Belt to join in their China Team.
Job Description
· Deliver successful cost saving/revenue & cash generating projects by using the Six Sigma methodology
· Lead and execute Six Sigma projects as assigned and/or identified
· Coach and mentor Green Belts to manage the scope of their projects, ensure timely and successful project execution.
· Support the business to improve existing processes and to create new ones to become most effective and efficient, making best use of available resources using the Six Sigma methodology
· Ensure the sharing of best practices & learnings
· Drive the organization to the usage of common tools and methods to come to quicker, more transparent, data based business decisions
· Conduct awareness, champion and GB training ( DMAIC training, DFSS is plus)
· Utilize change management to drive results
· Demonstrate thought leadership in continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
· Experience in several functional areas
· Experience in industrial processes management is a plus
· Transactional process improvement experience is a strong plus
· Certified BB (from a recognised company)
· Minimum 3 years as full time BB
· Lean background is a strong plus
· BA/BS Engineering degree required (not necessarily Chemical); MS degree preferred
