Our client is a leading foreign bank on the China market with phenomenal development and commitment on this market.

Job Description
As the Senior Re-engineering Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation and delivery of global re-engineering initiatives in country, developing re-engineering initiatives in country designed for productivity improvement or to tackle country specific issues. You need to analyze customer complaints data, market research results, identify process breakdowns that need to tackled at a country level. As part of the management team, the Senior Re-engineering Manager will contribute to establish the strategy and priorities for the bank's business at country level.

The Successful Applicant
To be successful in application, you need to have some solid banking experience and knowledge in banking operation. Experience in process re-engineering and improvement is preferred. To deliver the job efficiently and effectively, you need to speak fluent English and Chinese with great communication skills.
