Our client is a leading foreign bank with great presence in the market and strong commitment to develop in China.

Job Description
In order to keep the business developing with a healthy and sustainable trend, our client is looking for an experienced operational risk manager to manage a team of 4-5 staff and control overall operational risk exposure so as to make sure business operated within understood and accepted levels of operational risk exposure.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 10 years relevant business experience, including experience within business operations.
• Great communication skills with business and presentation skills in English.
• Track record in management experience as well as good team player spirit.
• A clear understanding of the Bank’s approach to the management of operational risk, or equivalent experience gained in other organizations.
• The sound judgment and courage necessary to perform a control role and maintain effective working relationships.
