About Our Client
Our client is one of the top MNC in Energy Industry. They have established business in China for many years and currently with huge investment in west China and very important projects running in ChengDu, Sichuan province.

Job Description
Base in Chengdu, Sichuan province, you will be report to Group HRVP, responsible for upstream business in west China. You will lead a small team of HR Business Partners to provide HR solutions to the business team.

The Successful Applicant

Good education background and at least 8 years HR management experience is required.

Ability to drive HR strategies and generate HR solutions is essential.

Exposure in matrix structured multinational companies is important

Fluent English and Mandarin
