About Our Client

My client is one of the Fortune 500 MNC, AP HQ based in Shanghai. They currently owned over 50% market share and looking for Sales Operation Manager from FMCG industry and will be in charge of all the sales channels in SH.

Job Description

  • Take responsible for Shanghai sales achievement;
  • Goal-oriented, always keep in mind of sales achievement & improvement (AOP);
  • Account management at the headquarter level, including annual contract negotiation, new product launch, national & regional promotion arrangement, pricing maintenance, etc;
  • Instruction to local sales team about in-store negotiation and implementation;
  • Cooperate with local dealers to keep stable supply to Shanghai accounts;
  • Budget control, have good planning skills to make sure that shanghai spending would be controlled within budget;
  • Problem solving, which requires candidates possess the capabilities of quick reaction & offer comprehensive solutions;
  • Provide key account management expertise to sales team & dealers to improve their service level;
  • Innovation, always try to seize new opportunity of display, shelf-upgrade or other in-store program to improve output of key stores under reasonable ROI principle;
  • Set up annual sales target for each account based on historical sales record and outlook;
  • Achieve the sales target and the growth rate;
  • Annual contract negotiation;
  • Strictly budget control by quarter;
  • Comprehensive solutions to any possible problems would be occurred;
  • Planning and forecasting 2-3 months ahead;
  • Deal with price, payment and promotion problems between dealers & retailers;
  • Daily communication with local sales team smoothly and make sure that every promotion activity confirmed by headquarter which will be executed exactly at the store level;

The Successful Applicant

  • At least Bachelor degree
  • At least 5 years modern retail channel experience from FMCG industry
  • Solid team management experience and excellent leadership skill
  • Experience of multi-channel sales, and sales budgeting control
  • Experience of dealing with distributors
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill
