Job Description
As a consultant, you will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of multinational and local clients within your particular sector. You will partner with senior decision makers within these organisations to determine and anticipate their human capital requirements. You will also build and maintain a strong network of job seekers in your specialisation.
The Successful Applicant
You are degree qualified with some operational experience as well as exposure to a client facing role. You have a track record of achieving results and demonstrated an ability to work in a team, influence people and effectively communicate at every level of an organisation. You are proactive, career driven, positive, ambitious, enjoy selling and have the determination to succeed in a dynamic, results-based environment. Fluency in Mandarin is essential for this position.
