Job Description

• Manage all production and technical issues
• Supervise around 100 - 200 indirect reports
• Plan strategies, budgeting, increase efficiency and optimize the productivity
• Ensure the operations adhere to ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP
• Familiar with printing methods / paper production methods

The Successful Applicant

• Bilingual in Chinese and English
• 7 - 8 years of production experience in the printing & packaging industry
• Good leadership / management experience
