About Our Client
Our Client is a famous European Real-estate Investment Fund

Job Description

Directly report to Director of Asset Management in the operation of portfolio’s technical systems and buildings and management of external consultants running the day to day technical duties.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and administer annual technical operations budgets.
• Develop best practice standards and implement across the portfolio.
• Monitor performance of technical consultants
• With consultants conduct scheduled building inspections and produce condition survey reports to monitor status of building systems, structure and finishes.
• Establish systems and procedures to take advantage of size of portfolio to improve operating efficiencies and reduce operating costs.
• As Real Estate Services technical expert act as adviser for projects and works as required.
• Produce monthly portfolio level technical report that identifies major asset issues and risks to Company

The Successful Applicant

• Engineering degree or related designation from accredited industry organization.
• Experience in technical management of commercial properties with at least 5 yrs of senior management at a portfolio level.
• Strong computer skills - familiar with MS Office, Management Information Systems and Building Management Systems.
• Highly motivated leader and manager, committed to the company culture.
