Job Description

• Manage 4 - 6 production managers
• Overall manage 5,000 indirect reports
• Handle various key accounts which are mainly American / European based companies
• Fast-paced environment
• Able to drive projects and processes
• Ensure cost effective and on-time delivery for all customers
• Committed and takes the lead in coaching and training the staff under him/her

The Successful Applicant

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (communicate with the local staff)
• 10 - 15 years of management experience in an electronics or similar industry
• Managed 4,000 - 5,000 staff previously
