Job Description

• Manage the QA function and manage a team
• PCBA / SMT expert
• Identify and resolve any failure quality issues
• Work closely with the customers to ensure that the quality is in line with their requirements
• Strong leadership and work closely with cross-functional departments to ensure that the work and manufacturing processes run smoothly
• Use English to communicate with the global customer accounts

The Successful Applicant

• Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Quality management experience in the PCBA/SMT industry
