About Our Client
My client is Top ranking Hong Kong property company listed at HKex, and they have over 50 years history and recently they have massively invested mainland China commercial property, since they have had successful projects in Shanghai, my client now is more ready to move into more Tier 1 & 2 cities. Therefore the north region Finance head is created to join their fast growing team , and the role will not be based at Beijing.

Job Description

As the Finance head based on Projects cross North China region, you are going to report to Group CFO directly, and working closely with Local GM.

• Oversee all accounting and financial activities in one of the Company’s operating entities on the Mainland and ensure compliance with local statutory requirements
• Be accountable for providing strategic advice to the management on finance and operational development, and facilitate review of business performance and effectiveness of operation
• Prepare and submit monthly, interim and annual group financial reporting packages to Hong Kong Head Office Prepare budgets, management reports and other ad hoc reports
• Monitor and improve financial controls in compliance with the Group Policy
• Co-ordinate with the Group external auditors to complete the interim and annual audit

The Successful Applicant

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance / Accounting, Economics or related discipline
• Member of the HKICPA or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant post qualification experience in listed / sizable organizations and work experience on the Mainland is essential. Experience in big four CPA firms is preferred
• Experience in ERP and system implementation is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of mainland China operations, GAAPs, tax and relevant statutory rules and regulations
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is a must
• Require to station on the Mainland
