Our client is one of leading Food & Beverage companies in China. They are looking for one experienced Trading Marketing Director to support their commercial teams for business growth in China. They have ambitious expanding plan in the 2012.

Job Description

Reporting to National Commercial Director.

  • Planning and implement trade marketing programs and brand activities.
  • Work with HQ Marketing Teams and Regional trade marketing closely in developing specific trade activities so as to satisfy the channel needs
  • Drive realization of sales target and enhance brand image in trade through effective coordination and implementation of merchandisers/promoters training
  • Supervise in-field team in planning and implementing promotional activities and initiatives to meet specific channel needs Plan & evaluate the annual promotional programs
  • Provide the feedback of the field situation and initiate improvement proposal to ensure the final results of consumer sales Supervise Brand teams in contract outlets merchandising and image design
  • Supervise brand teams in establishment of marketing strategy and brand image in contract outlets Conduct of regular sales and marketing reports , Trade Marketing expense planning, management and controlling Consolidate and analyze the sales operation information to working out the executable plans · Monitor, forecast & audit sales situation and market environment
  • Manage and control trade marketing expenses
  • Responsible for gathering market intelligence information (competitors’ activities, pricing, sales channel) and send monthly/quarterly reporting to HQ Overall in-charge of ordering, production, forecasting, distribution and control of POP/POI materials
  • Manage the marketing services organizations
  • Supervise promotional agencies to meet pre-set marketing goals and objectives
  • Advise brand team to take care of marketing materials eg. POP, POI, POS management as well as PO release, etc

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong conceptual understanding of trade marketing Experience in product portfolio management
  • Strong understanding of different channel environment & operations
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task and attention to details
  • Inspirational attitude/patience & passion with positive nature
  • Good English and Mandarin as well as Cantonese
  • More than 8 years working experience in FMCG multi-national companies, with solid Trade MKT background.
