About Our Client
Our client is a European listed Retail brand with global market share and a competitive edge. With strategic plans for further develop their business in China, our client has aggressive plans to make a strong impact in China. They currently have 250 stores in China and looking to open 200 more stores at 1012. As part of this growth, our client is now seeking a Management Controller to join their high energy team.

Job Description

As the Management Controller, you will report to the China Finance Director and responsible for:

• Responsible for the annual budget process;
• In charge of the company's performance review including: store sales performance, operation cost, expense and other KPI;
• Analyze the variation between budget and actual result, design and execute action plan to close the gap;
• Involve in construction/decoration project to ensure proper pricing;
• Identify the cost reduction opportunity and work with cross departments to implement the plan;
• Ad hoc project as required.

The Successful Applicant

- CPA Qualified with at least 8 years work experience and 5 years in a Managerial role

- Luxury/ Retail industry experience will be highly regarded. FMCG and trading industry experience is also beneficial.

-Excellent understanding of US and PRC GAAP/ SOX

-A sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast paced environment with the ability to make sound decisions

- Team player and positive attitude

- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must
