Job Description
- Coordinate with various departments to handle loan-related new initiatives and product launch (including review business requirements, design process flow, prepare operation procedure , seek operation risk department's approval & provide necessary staff training etc).
- Provide back-up support to other team managers to supervise loan & trade team for transaction processing.
- Review regular and ad-hoc Loan related reports submitted to regulatory bodies/internal departments to ensure accuracy and timeliness of report submission.
- Perform operational risk review on major processes and come up with recommendation to improve the process for efficiency improvement and better risk control
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree with majoring in Economics or Finances is preferred.
- Several years relevant experience in Loan Operations.
- In depth knowledge of loan related regulatory policy and requirements.
- Good knowledge of project management is preferred.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Strong team work spirit and ability to work under pressure.
- Skillful at operating PC and other Office Software.
