About Our Client
Our client is one of the market leaders in IT Sector. They are currently looking for an experienced lawyer to join their Beijing office.

Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with management team and you will be responsible for various legal issues, including drafting/ reviewing/ negotiation contract, providing legal advice, coordinating with external Legal Counsel regarding to litigation and arbitration cases. You also have to provide internal legal training and support M&A projects.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have at least 8 years PQE, experience gained from MNCs or Top law firm is preferred. You should be able to work under pressure and have good business acumen. Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese is sought.
