About Our Client

Our client is a top leading Fortune 500 US Automotive company with its headquarter based in Shanghai and they have opened their operation in Guangzhou in the recent years. With its fast expansion as well as their R&D center set up in Southern China, they are currently looking for a Finance Controller with strong exposure in manufacturing environment to further develop the Finance team.

Job Description

Directly reporting to the Finance Director (based in Shanghai) and dotting line General Manager (Based in Guangzhou), you will be leading a team of 7, your key responsibility covers:

• Site financial and management accounting & reporting;

• Support segment on revenue forecast, CAPEX forecast, Cash Flow forecast, net working capital and P&L forecast;

• Site business control activities;

• Supervision and coaching subordinates;

• Coordinate site business matters with management and various stakeholders;

The Successful Applicant
Successful applicants should be Bachelor degree in Accountant/Finance, qualification holder is a plus. You should at least have 10 years working experience with strong exposure in manufacturing background with full-function accountant, planning&analysis, and controlling experience. Good communication skills as well as good English language skills will be required as you need close communication with regional and global finance team.
