Job Description

• Will be responsible for technical support to the designer regarding 3D modeling.
• To provide 3D solution to realize the design concept.
• To assist the design team review the design output across different disciplines based on each milestone.
• To consolidate 3D model from the teams in different time zones.
• Assist design manager to make the design meet project milestones.
• Will work closely with CAD team to ensure the design quality based on the company’s CAD Standard.
• Stay tuned regarding the technical troubleshooting in 3D design.
• Will be sensitive to the best practices for using design software.
• Be good at using multiple 3D software to do 3D design.
• Be experience in working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Highly self motivated and directed.

The Successful Applicant

• An expert understanding of the functionalities in multiple 3D design Software (such as: AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD Civil, Revit Architecture, etc.).
• An expert understanding in plotting systems as applied to CAD applications.
• An expert knowledge in using Navisworks to review and analyze the 3D design model (such as clash detection, etc.).
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin – capable of speaking, reading and writing in both language.
• An expert understanding of Desktop applications or Revit series including installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• An expert understanding of Operating Systems (OS).
• Troubleshooting
• Customer Service
• Software working knowledge
• Knowledge of other design applications and their interoperability with CAD, such as Adobe products and Microsoft Office products.
