About Our Client
Our client is one of the most influential PRC law firm with a leading practice in corporate finance (Capital Market, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital) and general corporate commercial. They have a strong portfolio of clients including Fortune 500 companies, State-owned enterprises, international / domestic banks and financial institutions.
Job Description
You will work as a junior or mid-level associate under the supervision of the senior associates and partners, and be involved in a range of corporate transactions such as M&A, Private Equity, and FDI projects. As a junior or mid - level lawyer in the team, you will mainly assist in performing due diligence, conducting simple legal translation, drafting and reviewing all kinds of legal documents, and participating in negotiations when necessary.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should be a PRC qualified lawyer with at least 2 years’ solid corporate transactional experience in leading PRC or international law firms. You also should possess excellent academic record. You need to be a proactive, team worker and service-oriented. Fluency in English and Mandarin will be required.
