One of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies is expanding in China and look for a strong leader to facilitate their business expansion and centralized sourcing team.

Job Description

This role will report to the Head of Procurement, you will mainly responsible for:

- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies as well as driving innovation in indirect spend categories specifically on marketing related areas such as agencies, market research and promotional materials spend

- Strategic sourcing projects of indirect materials, IT, Telecommunication and services

- To develop and maintain positive relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.

- To interact with key business leaders and managers/buyers to pro actively identify potential sourcing opportunities

The Successful Applicant

You must have the following:

- At least 5 years experience in Indirect sourcing for a MNC

- Experience in Marketing category (ATL and BTL)

- Strong leader skills required.

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills required.

- Experience with strategic sourcing processes and international procurement required.

- Excellent Mandarin and English
