About Our Client
My client is top leading Global Oil & Gas organisation, as they have successful develop their business in Mainland China. They have set up massive business development cross the whole China region. Recently, they are looking for a Senior Business Finance partner to join one of their fast growing downstream Lubricating BUs.

Job Description

As a Senior Finance business partner, you are required to report to APAC HQ Downstream Finance head, who will based in Beijing, are will run a medium size of Finance team. The job location will be based in Beijing South.

35% Leadership, this is quite important part for a senior Finance professional to running their business, as you are able to develop & train your team with HQ global professional standards, not just focusing on the Finance fields related, but also more corporate level, as group HQ has clear & strict compliance requirements.

35% Strategic Involvements & Business Communication, you are required to work closely with the plant GM as well. This BU owns around 60% of Market share in Lubricating industry cross China. Therefore a strategic level thinking and business involvements are highly required on this role. You will have cross functional responsibility to Sales & Marketing and other key departments, at this stage, you are going to act like the top Finance professional advisory, and who is able to give the strong risk control minds sets into business itself. Meanwhile, you also need to train cross functionally. Regarding to business itself, you will get involved into Marketing Strategic level meeting or discussion with GM and HQ. Senior management meeting with JV partners will be held frequently, therefore you will be fully presented as Senior Finance representative in the whole process.

30% Finance sector, you should have ability to overall the P/L, as this BU has plant, therefore manufacturing Finance related job scopes are highlighted in your role, as I mentioned you will need to run a full function Finance team, which will have Accounting/Tax/FP&A, etc. Internal control & Risks motioning are also important for you to generate the status of the whole business.

The Successful Applicant

• Strong business involvements experiences are highly required in your past experiences, no matter internal or external, the experiences should indicated that you have the ability or potentials to develop yourself or drive yourself into commercial world, which is very important for this role ( Key BU partner)
• Excellent communication, which you are able to communicate with JV partner, as well as Corporate head level
• Stable & Strong Finance backgrounds, at least over 10 years plus strong Finance working experiences, at least 6 years Senior Finance management role, to overview the full functional Finance sectors, manufacturing working experiences is a must.
• Fluent business English level
