About Our Client
Our client is seeking a small number of highly motivated accountants to retrain as sales executives. The company is a leader in its field and has traded profitably in China since its arrival in the country in 2003. Many of its clients are CFOs and Finance Managers in the world's leading companies.

Job Description

The role involves:

• working at senior level with an established blue-chip client base.
• identifying new business opportunities and developing long term relationships with new customers.
• delivering timely and cost effective solutions to clients.
• working in a closely knit team and being rewarded on the team's profitability rather than commission.
• developing enduring relationships with professionals through hosting networking events and seminars.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidates will be university educated and have:

• a proven background in sales or client account management with a multinational company.
• a passion for hard work and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• enthusiasm and a strong desire to succeed, especially in a team environment.
• a desire to grow to a management role in a meritocratic environment.
• outstanding presentation skills and fluency in English.
