About Our Client
Our client invest primarily in established high-growth organizations seeking expansion or acquisition capital in China. The Funds seek to maximize medium to long term capital appreciation by making direct investments to acquire minority or majority equity stakes in those companies identified by their investment team. The Funds’ investment size typically ranges between US$ 10 million to US$ 100 million.

Job Description
As an associate you will be responsible for conducting business analysis and financial analysis. You will be part of strong team of senior investment professionals and reporting to a partner directly. This role will focus on pre-profit/revenue analysis and essential for the success of their business.

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for this role comes from a top university, preferably a highly rated Chinese university with good IPO listing exposure and understanding, analytical skills and strong knowledge on the consumer and TMT sector. You will have to have at least 2 years of related experience in a similar environment, or consulting firm and fluent in both Mandarin and English. You will have strong research skills and exposure.
