About Our Client
Our client is an established offshore bank with a strong presence in Trade Finance and Natural Resources / Agribusiness banking. As part of the firm's North China expansion, they are seeking an experienced Credit Analyst to cover the business in Beijing.

Job Description

Provide analytical support to the bank's Corporate Banking business, together with credit analysis support from both Singapore and head office.

• Analysis (risk profiling, financial analysis and related credit submission activities).
• Research (customers and industries – maintaining and disseminating research to facilitate effective risk identification and mitigation)
• Monitoring (dynamic risk management of portfolio)
• Collaboration (information sharing and working relationships in a remote location and cross-border)
• Opportunity Identification (Through pro-active research based activities)
• Portfolio Management

The Successful Applicant

• Good Bachelors or post-graduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related areas
• Significant track record of at least 7 years (more is strongly preferred) in a Credit Analysis role within Corporate Banking
• Good knowledge of Natural Resources and/or Agribusiness sector in mainland China is highly valued
• Ability to work independently and drive business requirements pro-actively
• Mandarin is a must, as is strong written English language ability
