About Our Client

Our client is a leading US listed manufacturing specialized in tooling business. With their fast expansion in China, they are looking for talented Business Transformation Manager to assist the development in Asia.

Job Description

As the Asia Business Transformation Manager, you will report to Asia CFO and responsible for:

• Investigate and identify the potential opportunity to improve the efficiency of business process;
• Analyze the monthly capital expenditure to improve the performance;
• Lead the action to improve the productivity;
• Take part in the integration of newly acquired business;
• Prepare the monthly report on the supply chain and product management;
• Ad-hoc project as needed.

The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant should have at least 8 years working experience with exposure on process improvement/reengineering and strong accounting/finance background. Positive working attitude with strong communication skill is highly preferred.
