Job Description

• Achieve the committed sales target, business development including baby care stores, distributors etc
• Allocate monthly, weekly and daily target for regional sales managers and improve sales forecasting
• Increase trade coverage(new channel/stores)
• Train and develop the team

The Successful Applicant

• At least 3 years related working experiences, baby care products sales experience preferred
• Excel,PPT,Word computer skills
• Good communication skills and negotiation ability
• Build up good relationship with distributors
• Proactive, hard working, open mind & professional leadership
• Basic accounting knowledge; good organization&selling skill
