About Our Client

Our client is a US listed Manufacturing business with multiply business units in China. With a solid foundation and strong business globally, now they are seeking talented internal Auditor to join their operations in China.

Job Description

As a Internal Auditor you would direct report to Internal Audit Director. Your main responsibility including:

• Conduct operations and joint ventures audit in the Asia Pacific region against the company’s policies and procedures, U.S. and local GAAP, shareholder and related agreements and sound business practices ·
• Develop a thorough and detailed understanding of the company policies and procedures, including those relating to financial accounting and reporting, SOX, purchasing, inventory management, sales order and contract administration, and plant security functions ·
• Understand and document unit practices and procedures in detail to pinpoint control weaknesses or policy violations in complex situations and suggest needed improvements ·
• Contribute to Internal Audit Services Asia Pacific Operations (IAS APO) cost reduction initiatives by reducing controllable costs ·
• Communicate and interact routinely with senior management ·
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development ·

The Successful Applicant

• Both Corporate and CPA firm experience is a must
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or other relevant certification preferred ·
• Must have 3 years’ experience in an auditing, accounting or consulting function, preferably with work experience with the Big Four public accounting firms ·
• Strong accounting skills and propensity for very detailed work ·
