*Steer & manage a consistent and positive customer experience on digital touch points by developing and maintaining a high level of integration of PPC and SEM activities for our ambitious growth plans.
*Develop and implement the paid search strategy for the company to increase the visibility of brand online and to ensure optimised ROI
*Strengthen the role of the website and other digital platforms within the Marketing mix and thus within integrated campaigning.
*You are key contact to our ecommerce team, ensuring an effective & efficient co-operation with the EC team.
*Work together with other members in Web & digital team, and steer the analysis of web statistics and user behavior on a continuous base to optimize the online performance, the functionality and commerciality of the official website and all other involved platforms Give feedback on functional effectiveness and communicate new needs to the global web team in order to support future development of the digital media landscape. Steer & Manage 3rd party service provider such as digital agencies.
*5 years of relevant experience about social media
*Knowledge of SEO/SEM, is a must
*Strong command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
*Experience gained in the travel, lifestyle or consumer products industry, especially with luxury/premium brands and a focus on the Greater China market
*5 Day work
