My client is a leading automotive part company with solid cooling system parts provided to Commercial Vehicle OEM clients, such as CNHTC;JAC; Weichai;Xichai; DFM; BAIC- Foton.
Having over 10 years approaching in China market, the business of my client is increasing with rapid pace in recent years, with more strategic cooperation built with key OEM clients, more sites established across China, and dynamic team growth.
- Lead and manage a team of account managers and sales supervisors to develop business in China commerical vehicle industry.
- Collect market information, provide input for regional and global strategic direction, product development, positioning and selling.
- Lead, encourage and coach sales personnel in achieving operational results.
- Provide relevant sales and product training to his team.
- Technique background, bachelor degree or above
- At lease 5 years sales experience in auto parts industry, familiar with commercial vehicle customers
- Strong team leadership skill
- Could work under pressure, willing to travel
