Our client is a international well know property insurance company. have over 100 branch over global.
1.Meet the annual financial and operational targets set for their portfolios as part of the annual planning for the Relationship Customer segment.
2.This relates to Received Business Customers as LRL as well as Produced Business.
Build and maintain a strong understanding and working relationship with each 3.Customer in personal portfolio Institutionalize customer relationships across customer team and at all appropriate levels in Zurich.
4.Adopt CRM Best Practice across personal portfolio, including:
5.Execution of Customer Team Charter
6.Regular update of customer strategies and plans
7.Adoption of core stewardship Process, incl. CSR where applicable Identify, analyze and secure business development opportunities, adhering to the appropriate 8.Sales Approach and adopt agreed format for pipeline management for such opportunities using sales board tools, and supporting Whole Account View approach etc
1.University degree or business related qualification.
2.10 years experience in relevant business content.
3.6 years engagement in corporate customer relationship management.
4.Experience of dealing with large relationship driven companies, including local and international
5.Fluency in English and Mandarin
